The instrument consists of an electrolytic rod with positive and negative electrodes (one is an iron rod and the other is an aluminum rod), two electrodes introduced as electric fields. After electrolysis, positive Fe3+ ions are dissolved under the action of electric current. They will combine with negative OH - ions in water to form Fe (OH) 3 particles which are insoluble in water. These particles have strong coagulation and adsorption activity to colloidal particles in water, and thus form the process of adsorption and coagulation of organic or inorganic substances in water.
At the same time, due to the action of electric current, the original dissolved metal particles, such as manganese, potassium, cobalt and so on, are reduced out and gradually aggregated to form metal clusters, resulting in the color separation of different metal ions.
After electrolysis, different colors of water show various impurities in the water.

1.Prepare to test the water-take-two white glasses with a capacity of 100-150 ml, one for tap water, the other for RO water, and put them on the table.
